Shipping & Returns
Some items are made to order, as noted in the description. For these items, please allow up 1-2 weeks for the process of cutting, sewing, and shipping your order. If there is a chance our delivery time will take longer than expected, you will be notified immediately.
Currently, the only option for shipping is USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Once your order ships, you will be notified of tracking information by email. If you have an address outside of the United States and would like to place an order, use the contact form to arrange the purchase with international shipping and customs duties.
If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out using the contact form and I am happy to let you know the exact processing time. The 1-3 day priority shipping rate is for when your order is dropped off at the post office, not from when the order is placed. Once your order ships, Jo Rose Design cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Each item is photographed to best represent its size and color, but given that each item is individually crafted with unique materials, there may be slight variances. Jo Rose Design stands behind the quality of our products, and if you are not satisfied with your original purchase, I am happy to provide an exchange of equal value or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
